To place an order on the website select the items you wish to purchase. Make sure schedule a pick-up or delivery day. Proceed to checkout and complete payment. An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
I love custom orders! To place an order unique to you please contact me directly via phone call, text, or email and I will do what I can to make it happen.

The available pick-up and delivery days are listed on the website. Please note, days may fill up and my availability could change.

All orders are to be picked up from my residence in West Town of Chicago. The address and contact information will appear on your receipt.
For delivery select “shipping” at checkout and enter your address. I offer delivery within a 5 mile radius of the West Town neighborhood in Chicago at $25.00.
For deliveries beyond this area I can provide a custom quote. Select “pick-up” at checkout and contact me via phone call, text, or email.
Unfortunately, shipping is not an option.

Changes to an order will be accepted at my discretion up to a week before the pick-up date. They will depend on my ability to accommodate the request for the change. Additional charges may be added after alterations are made and agreed on together.

All orders are final. I would be happy to put your payment toward a future order.
In the case of an emergency (for either party) a full refund will be given.
If a an order is unsatisfactory, please return it to me so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
I am not responsible for damaged goods once they leave my possession.
